We provide custom direct-to-garment (DTG) printing services. Let us create custom t-shirts and apparel for your business, organization, event, or just for fun!
What is DTG Printing? As its name implies, DTG printing is printing your design straight onto a shirt using textile inks. With DTG Printing, you are not limited to just 4 colors (CMYK) like traditional silk screen printing. A DTG Printer can produce over 16 million colors! We print graphics, photographs, logos, you name it. We can print sizes up to 12" wide X 19" long. We can print photo-quality images and definitely excel in gradients and halftones to give your design dimension.
Setup Fees/Minimum Orders: With DTG, there is minimal setup required so there are no screens to pay for (typically $35 per color on top of printing costs). Also, because the setup is minimal, we have NO MINIMUM ORDER. You can order 1 or 100 (or more!). Our niche is truly the 1 to 100 order quantity because each t-shirt does take more time to print than a classic screen printer. However, the quality is so outstanding. Photo shirts are a speciality for DTG printers!
What Can We Print On? We can print on any textile except nylon - t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, shorts, towels, mouse pads, bandanas, bibs, tote bags, panties, thongs, baseball caps, etc. We do, however, prefer to print on 100% cotton (think T-shirts, but also jeans, towels, jackets, hoodies, hats...) because the more cotton the textile contains, the more vibrant the image will be. We have a wide variety of apparel and order them wholesale for you. We love American Apparel and Hanes Genuine Tagless 6.1oz 100% Cotton T's, but will order whatever you like. We like to print on high quality textiles so that the end result is something you will wear for many years to come.
Artwork Specs: We accept most standard image files (.jpg, .gif, .tiff, etc.) plus Adobe Photoshop (.psd) and Illustrator (.ai) files. A dpi > 300 is preferred if possible.
Washability of a DTG Print: Garments printed using DTG technology have excellent washability because the ink actually penetrates into the fabric. Unlike silk screen and heat transfers, your image will not crack or peel off after a few washings.

Below is a standard price list for printing ADULT T-shirts. We do not charge any setup fees and there is no minimum order amount. These prices reflect the printing cost based on your order volume and do not include the cost of the garment.

Below is a standard price list for printing CHILDREN/INFANT T-shirts. The prices are lower because, typically, the graphics used on children and infant size textiles is much smaller and takes less ink to print. Again, these prices do not include the price of the textile.

We will work with you to select your garments and order them at wholesale prices. If you prefer to use your own garments, you can have them shipped to us or deliver them to us for printing.
Why is it more expensive to print on black or colored shirts?
If your image needs to be printed on a black or colored garment, this will require pre-treatment (non-toxic) and a white underbase, so we add an exta charge for this in the printing cost.
What if I need another image printed on each shirt?
If you need to print on a secondary location such as a crest on the front, left chest area or along the sleeve, we require an extra charge of $3.00 per unit for up to a 5" x 5" image. Contact us for a quote if your image is larger.
